Communication


What is Communication?

The process of transferring information from a sender to a receiver with the use of a medium in which the communicated information is understood by both sender and receiver. It is a process that allows organisms to exchange information by several methods. 

Communication can also define as the exchange and flow of information and ideas from one person to another; it involves a sender transmitting an idea, information, or feeling to a receiver.

When Effective Communication Occurs?

It occurs only if the receiver understands the exact information or idea that the sender intended to transmit.

Communication is a process that is ongoing and always in motion.

It is a process an ever going and every changing continuous process.

It is hard to tell when it starts and stops.

Communication the process can be broken down into, The Message, the Audience, the Channel, and the Feedback.
